Terms and Conditions:
Booking are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
- 4-day minimum stay.
- Full payment upfront by cheque payable to K. Eberhardt. If you need to
cancel we will refund your money (minus a £ 40.00 administration charge)
only if we can resell the room to another client.
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
In the event of The Cheltenham Festival being cancelled no refunds will be
given - however we will apply your payment for a stay of equal length at the
2010 Festival at the same price.
Price includes full English Breakfast plus Breakfast Buffet containing fruits, yoghurts, juices, cereals, toast, marmalades, jams, honey etc.
Parking available free of charge.
Newspaper delivery service also available. Have your Racing Post and/or any other newspaper delivered to your door in the morning. (Charged at cost).
We can arrange transport to and from the racecourse by chauffeur driven limousine at only £ 29.- one way.
Complimentary Tea/Coffee making facilities, colour TV, SKY News, At the races Racing Channel in every room. Friendly Atmosphere. Restaurants and Public Houses just a short stroll away.
